Step 1: Apply Nail Adhesive or Sticky Tabs

Once your nails are prepped, pick the sticky tab that best fits the size of each natural nail.

Step 2: Peel the Sticky Tab Off the Sheet

Carefully peel the adhesive tab from the sheet, making sure not to touch the sticky side. This keeps it clean for maximum grip when you apply it to your nail bed.

Step 3: Press the Tab onto Your Nail Bed

Place the sticky tab directly onto your natural nail and press down firmly. Smooth out any air bubbles to make sure it sticks well.

Step 4: Peel Off the Protective Film

Once the sticky tab is firmly pressed onto your nail, gently peel off the clear top layer. This reveals the adhesive surface, ready for your press on nail to go on smoothly.

After peeling off the protective film, align your press on nail just above the cuticle at a slight 45-degree angle. Gently press it down and hold for 15 to 20 seconds to lock it in place. Repeat on each nail.
