Shipping Methods

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options for all orders within Australia.

Domestic Shipping Rates (Australia)

• Orders of $100 AUD and above:
  • Standard Shipping: FREE
  • Express Shipping: FREE
• Orders of $50 AUD to $99.99 AUD:
  • Standard Shipping: FREE
  • Express Shipping: $14.95 AUD
• Orders under $50 AUD:
  • Standard Shipping: $10.95AUD
  • Express Shipping: $14.95AUD

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

• Within Australia:
  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: Typically 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs, public holidays, or other external factors.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details, the customer will need to cover reshipping costs. For any other returns, we’ll contact you to discuss your options.
